- I agree to keep myself apprised of all important information posted on the forums on a daily basis, including updates to this policy.
- I acknowledge that before attending a raid I will have read and agreed to this policy, and will thereby not be surprised by officer decisions.
- I understand that drama will not be tolerated, and that the officers will be proactive in preventing worse drama in the future when neccessary.
- I will approach the source of my concerns or speak with the officers, rather than resort to hearsay, rumors or conjectures.
- I agree to be on time to all raids which I have scheduled myself to attend.
- I will come prepared, repaired, with all my consumables I need for all raids.
- I will meet a minimum of 50% of raids to be classified as a member whether I am on standby or not, otherwise I will accept a role as friends and family to participate in 5 man content with other members of the guild.
- If I am unable to attend a scheduled raid, regardless of whether I have signed up for the raid, I will notify an officer of my unavailability in sufficient advance to be replaced.
- If my circumstances dictate that I regularily cannot make raids until after they have started, or cannot attend the raid through to the end, I will inform an officer of that situation.
- I understand that I may be replaced at any stage in a raid, depending on situation as decided by my raid leader.
- I understand that orders given by the raid leader are for the benefit of progression and will follow them to the best of my ability.
- I understand that if officers feel I am not bringing my full attention and skill to the raid that I will be replaced for progression.
- I understand that if I am asked to bring an alternative character into a raid, that I am last in line for loot to assure mainstream progression.
- I will respect the decisions of the officers in regards to loot, and realize my turn will come.
- I understand my opinion is valued and heard, but that whining will be regarded as such.
- I understand that there is a limited number of positions per raid, and loot that drops to be delegated and will be as happy to see others get gear as myself.
- I understand that if I have been put on standby for a potential boss fight later in the raid, I will be out front and ready to enter the dungeon upon request.
- I understand that if a boss has a minimum gear requirement that I do not meet, I may be asked to step out for that boss or the rest of the week if appropriate.
- I will be receptive to other guild mates requesting assistance with 5 man content, regardless of whether it is of any personal benefit of me, I recognize the benefit of helping the guild.
- I understand that 10 man content is a part of progression and will partake in every effort to help the success of these runs without expecting to jump straight into 25 man content.
- I understand that unannounced, or prolonged AFK's are not tolerated, and I will be replaced if so decided.
- And most of all, I understand that this policy is in place to ensure everyone can have fun, to prevent drama, and to ensure we progress as a guild.
